Santa Ana Drug and Alcohol Rehab Treatment Program

Blue Coast Behavioral Health offers drug and alcohol rehab services in Orange County, California. We primarily service Southern California, but many of our clients come from out of state as well. Orange County serves as an ideal area for drug and alcohol rehab because of its ideal weather and access to outdoor amenities. Since exposure therapy offers such a great benefit to recovery and treatment in general (offering an exciting and rewarding way back to healthy living), clients often find this area advantageous over other areas of the country. Blue Coast Behavioral Health has two Orange County locations. Our Newport Beach facility offers daytime treatment and serves as our main hub for outpatient care. Our Santa Ana location may be found at 525 Cabrillo Park Dr #105, Santa Ana, CA 92701.

Drug & Alcohol Rehab Treatment in Santa Ana, California

Our Santa Ana location currently serves as our evening IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) facility. We offer several group rooms for various group therapeutic activities and individual therapy sessions. Our therapists and case managers work out of this office to assist clients and create individualized treatment plans.

Therapy at Blue Coast Behavioral Health

We offer many services for outpatient designed to suit those who are independent but benefit from the structure and accountability of outpatient treatment. The main services include individual and group therapy according to several proven modalities:

  • Matrix Model
  • Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)
  • 12-Step Alcoholics Anonymous
  • Seeking Safety
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

In addition to these therapy models, our treatment team assigns each client their own case manager. These treatment professionals help advocate for clients by assessing their specific and unique needs. Case managers do not blindly acquiesce to anything clients may request for themselves. Rather, case managers identify where the individual has progressed to in their recovery and acts in their best interest (which does not always align with what the client wants). This prevents conflicts of interest and provides a higher level of accountability for those in our outpatient program.
